What is our travel policy?

Our primary location of business is in Birmingham, AL. We are willing to service surrounding areas. There is an additional fee for travel. Any area outside of the coverage area of Birmingham, AL will have a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile. If service area is greater than 40 miles, a travel fee of $50 will be applied, also mileage fee, as well as remaining balance of service.

What is our cancellation policy?

We require a 72hr notice if needing to cancel your service.

What payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Zelle.

What is your Covid policy?

Negative results will need to be provided three days prior to your service.

When will my package arrive?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping will then take 7-10 business days. Rhoad boxes should be ordered three weeks before scheduled surgery. 

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do NOT accept insurance.

What areas do you service?

Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, and Montgomery area.

Can packages be modified?

Yes, any package can be modified. Just give us call for a consult to ensure you receive the proper service.

Are deposits refundable?

When booking, there will be a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. Deposits are NOT refundable but are transferrable within 3 months. 

When should I book my package?

All packages should be booked at least one month prior to surgery. Remaining balances should be paid a week before surgery. If balances are not paid, services will be canceled.
